Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be returned in the same condition as received

  • The watch must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration

  • All included items must be returned (box, papers, manuals, extra links, tags, accessories, etc.)

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging (if provided)

  • The serial number and identifying marks must match our records

Swiss Perpetual reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if the item fails inspection.

Non-returnable Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Watches with signs of tampering or unauthorized repair

  • Watches that have been resized or modified by a third party

  • Damage caused by mishandling, impact, water exposure, or negligence

  • Items returned incomplete (missing accessories, box, papers, etc.)
