7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date the item is received.
To be eligible, the item must meet all conditions stated in this policy.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Swiss Perpetual will notify the customer of approval or rejection.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within the same 7-day period, subject to product availability and inspection.
If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the exchanged item has a lower value, store credit or applicable arrangements may be offered depending on the case.
